How to claim your money back:

1. On the day your order is delivered. If unsatisfied, feel free to use the product for at least 20 Days from date of purchase, but for no more than 30 days.

2. If Still not satisfied, email a customer care representative at sales@guashaplus.com an email with the subject header "30 Day Money-Back Guarantee" 

3. Please include your Order no. and your name in the email

4. Once approved, the entire purchase price will be refunded to you at the same time

5. Then return the product (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our customer care representative.

6. Send the picture of the package with label.
